- Enter the app and tap the "Profile" button in the bottom right corner
- Scroll down on the Profile page to find the "Account" option
- On the Account page, select the "Forgot Password" button
- Follow the prompts to complete email verification and password reset
[Not Logged-in Status] Password Reset Instructions:
- Open the ShutEye application
- Open the app
- Click the "Profile" option in the bottom menu bar
- At the top of the page, click the "Create Free Account" button
- Click the "Login with Email" button
- On the Login page, select the "Forgot Password" button
- Follow the prompts to complete email verification and password reset

3. Browser Compatibility Tips
When receiving the reset email:
- Recommend using Chrome/Safari browser to open the password reset link in the email
- Avoid using the system default browser (may have compatibility issues)
- Operation steps: Copy link → Paste into recommended browser → Complete reset
4. Security Notice: To protect your account information security, the password reset link sent by the system is valid for 5 minutes. Therefore, please complete the password modification within 5 minutes after requesting a password reset in the app and receiving the email.
