Refund policy
- If a purchase was accidentally made by a friend or family member using your account, please click the "Contact Us" button in the lower right corner and submit your information and we will refund you.
- If you find a ShutEye-related purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know, report unauthorized charges within 120 days of the transaction.
- we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand, however, that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or subscription. In these cases, please click the "Contact Us" button in the lower right corner and submit your information and we will refund you.
Important:
- You can only return ShutEye once for a refund. If you buy again you can't get a refund. If a refund is issued, you'll lose access to the ShutEye.
